We support all work we do with a 30 day warranty. If you have any ongoing issue, just bring it back and we'll get it sorted out. Our goal is that your bike is working the way you need it to.

Our EcoSafe parts washer uses some very clever little microbes that love to gobble up the hydrocarbons from grease and oil and convert them in to natural carbon-dioxide and water. Using this system we have zero fluid waste. Traditional degreasing systems would put their waste water down the drain and contribute to ocean pollution. The exact same technology as is used in our system is used to clean up major industrial oil spills.

• We recommended the Full Service option if your bike has been serviced within the last 12 months.
• If your bike hasn't been serviced in the last 18 months or more and ridden regularly, then the Full Service, Eco Degrease and Wash option will more likely be what's required.
If you're unsure of what you need, we've got the I Don't Know What I Need Option for you where we can work out what your bike needs when you drop it off.
*Please bring your bike in either the day before or by 10am the morning of your service booking date. Your service will be completed on that day. You will receive an SMS text or email notification when your service has been completed and is ready for collection.
