- Change of Mind: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind. However, Cycleworld may, at its sole discretion, offer an exchange or store credit for items returned within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) in their original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
- Faulty Products: If a product you purchase from Cycleworld has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair. If the product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the item. You must provide proof of purchase.
- Process: To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us at sa***@************om.au or visit our store. We may require you to return the product for assessment.
3. Workshop Services
Cycleworld operates a full-service workshop providing repair and maintenance services for bicycles.

3.3 30-Day Warranty on Conducted Work
We provide a 30-day warranty on all labour and parts installed by our workshop from the date of completion of the service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the repair.

Exclusions : This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear of components not replaced or directly serviced by us.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance after the service.
- Repairs or modifications performed by third parties after our service.
- Damage to components that were pre-existing and not part of the serviced items.
- Claim Process: If you believe there is an issue covered by this warranty within 30 days of service completion, please contact us immediately at wo******@************om.au or bring your bicycle back to our workshop with proof of service. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, re-perform the work, repair, or replace the faulty part.
3.4 Uncollected Items
4. Layby Purchases
4.1 Layby Period
Our standard layby period is 3 months from the date the layby agreement is initiated.

4.3 Cancellation of Layby
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel a layby, Cycleworld is entitled to charge a reasonable cancellation fee, which will be specified at the time the layby agreement is made (e.g., to cover administrative costs and loss in value of the goods). This fee will be deducted from any monies you have paid.
- Refunds: Any payments made by you, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded to you.
- Our Right to Cancel: We may cancel a layby agreement if you fail to make payments as agreed or if the product becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will refund all monies paid by you, without deduction of a cancellation fee.

- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
- Collect or track the personal information of others.
